01 — Why Rah exists

Long ingredient lists. Bold marketing promises. An overwhelming wall of supplements. I wanted something refreshingly simple.

I set out to create Rah after spending more than six years working in health, fitness and nutrition. During that time, I watched the industry become increasingly complicated, and it got harder for people to understand what they were putting into their bodies.

So I made a safe, delicious and portable single-serving fuel packet in which every ingredient has a clear purpose. Nothing unnecessary — just two ingredients designed to help fuel movement.

Every ingredient has a job

Honey for fast, easy-to-digest carbohydrates. Sea salt for the sodium you lose through sweat.

Colorado first

Raw, unfiltered alfalfa honey from Lockhart Honey Farms, a family-owned company in Colorado Springs.

Built on community

Real ingredients, local relationships and the communities that inspired Rah.

02 — The road to Rah

Six years in fitness. One simple idea.

Rah grew out of years spent alongside athletes, trainers and gym owners across Denver.

  1. Trainer.

I began my career as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist at the YMCA, where I spent three years working with people one-on-one.

  2. Connector.

Next I became marketing coordinator for MyFitFoods, working directly with gym owners and trainers all over the Denver area for over two years.

  3. Founder.

I brought those experiences together to create Rah Fuel: a simple, portable endurance packet made with raw, unfiltered Colorado alfalfa honey and Utah-mined sea salt.

03 — Know your fuel

Sourced from people we know.

As a Colorado native, sourcing high-quality Colorado honey mattered to me. Every packet starts with partners who share our commitment to simple ingredients.
